    • How do I pay?
      • We accept the following payment methods available upon checkout:
        • Credit card  / debit card via PayPal
        • Bank deposit / transfer via BDO or Union Bank
        • Money transfer via GCash
      • Just make sure to click ‘continue payment’ on the checkout page to complete your order.
    • Do you ship outside the Philippines?
      • As of the moment we only ship within the Philippines.
    • What is your shipping policy?
      • For standard shipping, costs are based on the total weight of your purchase. Metro Manila rates start at Php 100 and provincial rates start at Php 150.
      • Expect your order to be processed and shipped within 2 - 4 days.
      • We ship on weekdays (excluding holidays).
      • We may need more time to ship during the holiday season. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
      • We are not liable for any lost or delayed shipping once the parcel has be transferred to the courier.
      • For Metro Manila clients, you will receive your on-hand items in approximately 2 - 5 working days and for outside Metro Manila clients, expect your on-hand items to arrive in approximately 3 - 7 working days. 
    • How do I track my order?
      • A tracking number from the courier will be provided via text as soon as the item has been scheduled for pickup. Press the link on the text to check the status of your delivery. 
      • An automated SMS update will be sent out as soon as your parcel is in transit and when it's ready for delivery.
    • Receiving the item
      • Be ready to give the OTP to the delivery personnel so that he or she can release the items.
