Returns Policy

Our policy is only valid for 7 days starting from the day you receive the parcel. Requests submitted after the grace period will no longer be accepted. 

Returns and Exchanges
We only replace items if you received the wrong product.

To return, first send an email to yourusuals.sales@gmail.com then follow the instructions on our follow-up message.  Take note that the items must be sent back in their original packaging and should be unopened and unused. The items must be sent in the same condition it was received. 

Refunds
We do not honor refunds.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. 

We are not liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of the products while in transit. If we receive a damaged product, we will not proceed with the exchange. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
